Everything you need to officially enrol at the school can be accessed by collecting an enrolment pack from the school office.
Step 1
Please complete all forms in the enrolment pack, please ask if you require any assistance completing the enrolment forms.
Step 2
Once completed, our admin staff will organise an appointment for your child to have an interview with the Deputy Principal or Principal to complete your child's enrolment.
At the interview you will need to present the completed above forms, a birth certificate and proof of residency in two forms. Proof of residency at the address indicated on the enrolment can be provided by way of one of the following:
- Primary source: a current lease agreement, rates notice or unconditional sale notice.
- Secondary source: a utility bill (electricity, land line phone (not mobile) or gas). Both pieces of proof must show the same address and the parent/s name.
